Refund and Returns Policy

At yoroveda.com, we strive to ensure you have a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be simple, customer-friendly, and transparent.

1. Return and Exchange Window
You may return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to the product detail page for the applicable return/exchange window.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and boxes (including shoe boxes) must be intact.
  • If a Seal Tag is provided, it must remain unbroken.
  • Returns must be initiated from the “My Orders” section.

3. Return Methods

  • a) Pick-Up: Available in most locations. Our agent may conduct a quick quality check before accepting the return.
  • b) Self-Ship: If pick-up is unavailable, you may self-ship the product. Return shipping cost will be credited to your FaceWearElite wallet upon valid courier receipt and quality check.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange:

  • For size or color mismatch.
  • For defective or wrong items.
  • For another product of equal or higher/lower value.
    Exchange Notes:
  • If the new item is costlier, you pay the difference.
  • If it’s of lesser value, we refund the balance.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability and serviceable pin code.
  • Exchange item will be delivered at the same address.

5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items)

  • Innerwear, lingerie, briefs, swimwear, shapewear bottoms
  • Socks, mittens, wristbands
  • Beauty & personal care products
  • Fine jewelry, watches, sunglasses
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable on the product page

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed:

  • Within 1–3 business days for wallet credit/NEFT
  • Within 5–7 business days for card/bank transactions

Refunds will be issued to:

  •  The original payment method or
  •  FaceWearElite wallet (in some cases)

Refund Not Initiated If:

  • Item fails quality check
  • Tags or packaging missing
  • Product used or damaged

7. Return Denial and Re-Shipment
If the returned item fails our quality check:

  • Return will be declined.
  • The product will be re-shipped to your original address.
  • No refund will be issued.

8. Process to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1.  Go to "My Orders" in your yoroveda account.
  2.  Click on "Return" or "Exchange".
  3.  Choose the item and reason.
  4.  Select pick-up or self-ship.
  5.  Keep the item ready with all packaging.

For self-ship, please include a note with your Order ID and Return ID, and send it to our designated return address (mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery section).

9. Fair Usage Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges to accounts showing an excessive pattern of returns or misuse.
